COVID-19 vaccination policy
In response to the recent Government announcement to move to the “Red Light” setting when visiting our office, we please ask that you:
Scan in using the COVID Tracer app or record your visit manually with reception staff;
Show your vaccination pass, which will be scanned using the Ministry of Health NZ Pass Verifier app;
Wear a mask at all times.
Please notify us before we meet if you are feeling unwell, or have cold/flu symptoms, or you have been designated as a close contact of a Covid case so we can change your appointment with us.
Alternatively, if we are unable to meet in person then we will utilise other contact methods such as video calling, phone, or email.
For people who are not vaccinated, we will work constructively with you to find an appropriate way to meet.
We will continue to monitor the situation and guidance from the Government and will keep you updated on any changes to our policies.
