Our Director and Financial Adviser has protected New Zealanders with insurance advice for over 25 years. During this time, she has focused on finding cost efficient insurance solutions that add value our clients’ financial situations, covering them through life’s ups and downs. 


Her reputation for doing what is right for clients has also seen her successfully implement and manage insurance for some of New Zealand’s top companies.

Kerstin Bain

Kerstin has been awarded the Trusted Adviser mark from Financial Advice New Zealand. This award recognises Kerstin's outstanding ethics, advanced level of qualification, continuing professional development, and experience which allows her to go above and beyond for her clients. 

Kerstin is a Financial Adviser, an Associate Life Underwriter and a Practitioner Member of Financial Advice New Zealand.

Kerstin has a Master of Business Administration (specializing in Entrepreneurial Management), 2017, from the Australian Institute of Business. She also has a diploma in Marketing Management from South Africa.

Kerstin particularly enjoys keeping in touch with her clients to help them with any claims and make sure that they are getting the most from their cover.

In her spare time, Kerstin volunteers and helps to raise funds for Heart Kids. You can also find her paddle surfing along the Canterbury coastline or mountain biking in the Port Hills. She has recently started foiling too.

Kerstin's Financial Service Provider number is 53621 which binds her to the duties of the Financial Markets Conduct Act. These duties are: to meet the standards of competence, knowledge, skill, ethical behaviour, conduct and client care as set out in the Code of Conduct; to exercise care, diligence and skills; and, to give priority to client's interests.
